All orders are custom-manufactured after order confirmation and measurement.

Standard delivery time is 3 working days from order confirmation.

In some cases (large orders, custom designs or special fabrics) delivery may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in advance.

Site Visit & Measurement

We offer free site visits and measurement services across Dubai.

Accurate measurements are essential for made-to-measure curtains.

Orders proceed only after measurements are confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated during order confirmation.

Installation services may be charged separately depending on the project scope.

Delivery Method

Products are delivered safely to your location by our team or authorized logistics partners.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability or restricted site access, rescheduling charges may apply.

Cancellations Before Production

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once manufacturing starts, cancellations are not possible because all products are custom-made according to the customer’s selected specifications.
